The O6 ENV team completed a demolition project for Paric Corporation on the International Shoe Building in downtown St. Louis. The historic 11-story, 160,000 square foot building was being renovated into a hotel and required the joint efforts of several contractors. Our crew was responsible for selective demolition tasks to prepare the structure for remodeling, while preserving some of its original features.

The O6 team worked on rooftop demolition to prepare the space for a bar and pool.

Our crew successfully and safely completed demolition and developed a haul out and disposal plan to remove generated debris from the site. This plan coordinated the schedules of our own team, on-site operators, and the contracted hauling company to ensure swift and effective removal in the crowded work scene. O6 ENV was pleased to be awarded the Contractor Safety Award by Paric due to outstanding performance on this project.
In June 2019, The Last Hotel celebrated its long-awaited grand opening. The 142-room hotel features restored ceilings and brick walls designed by the original architect in 1909 paired with new construction. We appreciate the opportunity to work on this exciting project with Paric Corporation to preserve and improve our city. We thank all of those who were involved in the successful completion of this job.
