LOUIS, MO., October 28, 2026/PR Newswire/ — O6 Environmental Holdings, LLC (“O6”), a leading national provider of environmental services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Environmental Remediation Contractor LLC (“ERC”). Established by Chris McGovern in 2011, ERC is a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of environmental remediation, ecological restoration, emergency response and industrial services.
The acquisition continues to expand the O6 family of companies’ geographic reach. It also adds ecological restoration as a new service offering that O6 will be able to immediately provide to its customer base. Offering O6’s services to ERC’s existing customers will further accelerate ERC’s growth.
Chris McGovern and his team will continue to lead ERC post-acquisition.
